called as western ghats provides great opportunity for trek enthusiasts and dare-devils to expore nature’s beauty and satisfy their passion for thrill.

Well,if you are planning for a picnic,beautiful sunny beaches of maharashtra are always a great option.You have losts of good beaches
like Dahanu Bordi,Mandwa – Kihim,Shriwardhan -Harihareshwar,Velneshwar,Vengurla – Malvan,Ganpatipule,Marve,Manori,Gorai.
 
But,if you are a serious tourist then you might go for some of the well known historical places like Ajanta & Ellora Caves and Elephanta Caves. If you like to watch Animal Planet and wild Life is what facinates you then your must visit Wild life parks of    Nawegaon Bandh(Tal. Sakoli, District Bhandara – 441 702. Telephone 8054.) Chikhaladara near Nagpur (Melghat tiger project and Dhakana-Kolkaz National Park) Nagzira Wild Life Sanctuary.Tadoba and Nawagaon National Park (The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary)
